CopyCat 2004 is a program specifically designed to handle the un-copiable files. In other way , if you have a floppy  disc , compact disc (CD) or any other type of media, that is corrupted but is still readable by windows, if you tried to copy a file from it you will get a system message telling you theat an IO (Input / Output) error has occurred and the copying task can?t be done.
